This was not what I expected. After the 1st night I found a much nicer place.

First I booked it through Expedia. Which I will never us e again. Should have been two queens and was given a sofa bed that hurt . I am disabled and asked for downstairs and told was none. Original booking had it. Pool was down and was a major reason I booked it there. Kitchenette and pool. Even lied to and told they are filling it. Never saw anyone or it filling.if you want a pool don’t book here as when I asked about the pool she waited until I paid and signed to tell me it was down. The room smelled like mold the carpet was just horrible. For the price I paid per night it was not worth it. I will never use this hotel chain again. Ans I will let my friends and family to not use them as well

Disappointing stay and conditions Carpet was dirty causing feet and socks to be discolored. Pull out couch didn’t have sheets and mattress was dirty. Doors were open up into parking which wasn’t anywhere to be found in photos or info on hotel description. Not enjoyable for us and probably won’t stay with extended stay going forward.

i waited very long to be served as the line was long, just to be told they did not have my reservation. that could be Expedia's fault, but the hotel could have been nicer about it. Kind of an "oh well" attitude. A second clerk came out to help just as the first, overworked clerk was getting to the end of the line. Why did the second clerk wait?

Creepiest Area to stay now. Stain sheets, the smell of our room was so bad (weed/cigarette odor), shower head was leaking and remote cover was missing… just overall the experience of the room was horrible plus some random guy kept looking into our room window and doing hand gestures of wanting a cigarette which we did not have. I called front desk but was placed on hold for awhile.

Stay Away Place is basically a motel 6 with extended stay face lift. Was immediately greeted by a “non smoking room” that reeked of cigarettes and has visible burns on the carpet from people allowing their cigarettes to drop on the floor as they probably shoot up in the bed. Also there was a large pice of Pizza crust at the foot of the bed. The other guests are active at all hours of the night and spend a lot of time out and about the parking lots.
