Staff was friendly, however the room was very smelly. The smoke smell was so strong and suffocating. It wasn't very clean looking, refrigerator and counters, corners and the such were in rough shape and in very 'lived in' condition. I paid $164 taxes/fees so I thought I was going to get something nicer, but I guess you are going to get that with extended stay places. Just rough, I would have rather slept in my car.

Something stinks.... Rooms all had an odor to them, the smell in one room got both guests sick overnight. Super friendly staff, but not a place I will stay again.

We made arrangements to move the night we checked in. This was not set up for extended stays. No hangers, dishes, stained carpet, cig burns in carpet, carpet damp, light out in bathroom, TP holder broken, no hair dryer, etc. We did not feel comfortable in this room at all. I would remove from your list of recommended hotels. Very disappointed!!!

Booked 3 rooms for my family, when we arrived at 3:30, a half hour past the check in time, I was told our rooms wouldn’t be ready for another hour! When we finally got into our rooms the first one was good, not great. The second one, had mold in the shower, curtains didn’t close, lights didn’t work. The third one smelled like marijuana, lights didn’t work.

Disappointed Bathroom smelled like piss, odor spread throughout room, bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, Floor was sticky, paper plates from previous guest in kitchen area, remote only had one battery in it. Fold out sofa bed had no sheets or blankets, pull out sofa mattress was dirty with food crumbs and debris.

A definite 2 star hotel. Read reviews before booking a hotel. Sound advice. Unfortunately I was in such a hurry to get this booked that I did not do that. The only thing that I liked about this hotel was that it was 5 minutes away from where I needed to be for my business meeting the next morning. I'm not from Phoenix, I didn't know the area so I didn't realize that this is not in a very good part of town. The room is extremely tiny and extremely outdated.
