We were going to be a late arrival so I called the hotel directly that morning and was told that it was no problem. When we arrived at 1:30 am due to we were told that they couldn't check us in until 2 am as they were running the nightly audit. Then at 2 am they couldn't find our reservation, and finally 30 minutes later they found it under cancelled. We were offered a room for $40 more than our original reservation. We walked out and found another motel at 3 am in the morning. Ridiculous!!

Wont book this hotel again. The stay was disappointing, it looked good when i booked but the floors where soo dirty, i tool.off my shoes and my socks were black, i took off my socks and my feet were black. I went to go shower and the shower head was going crazy everywhere. The water wasnt going down in the tub it wasnt a good experince.

The staff here is great. They are friendly and helpful. Other than that, this is not a hotel I would recommend. The rooms are in very bad shape. 2 out of 4 lights in the room did not work. The wall plug didn’t work. The shower had mold and would leak constantly through the day.

We reserved a King bed did not get one. No transh can in room call Front desk and request one . Never received on I had to go the next day ask ask again. ROACHES in room. Carpet DIRTY. NOT HAPPY

I had a reservation for 6. the unit chosen had 2 beds and a convertible couch. The unit ended up being a handicap unit, which was fine, but it absolutely wreaked, mostly like cigarette smoke, but there were other smells too. It was visibly dirty and stained. Even my kids said absolutely, no way!. They gave us the only other room they had, which only had one bed and a convertible sofa and was not clean, but didn't stink. Do not stay here! pretty run down hotel in a not so nice area. I picked Exteded Stay because they are usually nicer than a Motel 6 or Budget Inn. This was in Phoenix is not. The kitchen had no plates, cups, utensils and no ice trays. No ice machine, pool was pretty nasty. Looked like a 12 year old did kitchen and bathroom remodel. They charged $175 a night and I should have just stayed at a Budget Inn. Our front door had been kicked or forced in and the same 12 year old put the door latch back on with some sheet metal screws
