Gross, dirty, unsafe feeling.

Dont believe the Hyoe I will never chhose a hotel thru Hotel.cim Everytime i book the comments be 4 and 5 star great places but when i get thete the rooms be raggedy light fixtures hanging down stains on the couch toilet runs all night bed matress so old and used there are dips in them walls look like a crime scene just horrible!!!

The front desk staff was not friendly at all, very short with answers and information. We were told we could not check in early because they were fully booked, even though there were only a few cars in the parking lot all day.

Bugs Front desk personnel were professional and nice.. The room however smelled like weed coming from vents in bathroom.. There were what may have been bed bugs but if not bed bugs there were a lot of black bugs in the room. Lots of longer term residents/renters

Will never stay here again The room was dirty… we found dirty socks and candy wrappers under the bed .. couldn’t walk of the floor bare foot without it turning the bottom of your feet black. Carpet tack exposed and went into my husbands foot. No chairs. Nothing matched the pictures . As for the kitchen only one of the burners kinda worked so you could only cook one item at a time.. no utensils in the room. Only upon request and even then it is minimal what was offered. Location of property was great. The room is all dated and cockroaches inside the room.

Stay away!!! Never staying here again, wish I read the reviews before booking here. Absolutely disgusting, the floors weren't even cleaned, call the office and ask if they can come clean it. Front desk told me, they'll see if housekeeping is available. Which they never came to clean. ALSO around 1:40 am someone almost came into our room! I called the front desk and he admitted it was his fault, he didn't know that the room was occupied, supposedly the system said it was available so he gave another guest our room access.
