5AM Fire Drill The false fire alarm at 0440 was absurd! We had to evacuate and wait for Phoenix Fire Dept to show up, turn off alarm and leave. Front Desk staff obviously concerned for everyone's safety & company liability, but she was extremely panicked when knocking on doors (more likely to cause additional fear and chaos than helpful). This is a get what you pay for kinda thing. The room was smelly when you first walk in, but you adapt to it pretty quick. No hair blow dryer in the room. The TV remote didn't work. Kinda a seedy looking hotel. But overall not horrible room/bed. Works for a quick stay if you are just looking for a place to crash.

Not great The woman running the front desk was nice, but seemed more interested in vaping outside than being inside. Was never told where the grab and go breakfast was. Or the laundry. Or vending machines. The hotel itself is just old and outdated, which the staff can’t help. My bathroom door had finger smudges on it and dark hair all over the floor. The walls are paper thin.
