Night manager Hunter I arrive late to check in and the night manager Hunter says she had to turn away 4 guest because the were booked n hotel .com keeps booking when there are no rooms available. I asked her please double check i was very tired n it was late. I can honestly say manager Hunter went above n beyond with great customer service. She went up n down the 3 stories until she found me a room. It wasnt the King room i booked it had 2 queens but it was clean n ready for me to check in..
