Somewhat disenchanted Started out with clerk lying about room availability on first floor. She put me on top floor till I complained of urine soaked bed skirt and the odor. Then she found an available room on the first floor. It was much cleaner, for sure. Had to ask for coffee maker, no continental breakfast, which was ok but thought it served one. There was no ice bucket, and no plastic cups to get a drink or rinse after brushing teeth. All in all the bed was great , on the first floor. Was also very quiet. Still would not... read more

Close to relatives house for Thanksgiving Dinner. Someone was smoking! We smelled it through air conditioning ducts. We reported it to the desk clerk, he found the room of the guilty party. He apologized, hotel needs to post No smoking policy in the room.

Close to the event that I was attending. It was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice kitchen. It was quiet. The staff was helpful. Good water pressure. It was clean.

Thought the breakfast would have a lot more items. But overall very comfortable room. Close to 2 major highways. Movie theater and restaurants.

Clean, good area but we had no tv. Called twice and they couldn't do anything both nights. The microwave was pretty dirty and it smelled.
