Lames after being there almost a week they make up some lame excuse that I have to leave after I just paid for the night.

Near family and shopping. Okay for a no frills place. Breakfast not out at promised 6 am time one morning. Breakfast choices Not restocked for entire stay.

Life saver After booking an unacceptable motel, I found this one and was able to get in right away. It was clean, comfortable and close to the freeway.

Spring training baseball visit Selected this hotel since it is close to spring training baseball facilities in Peoria, where our son is a minor league baseball player, and very close to where he is staying while he is in AZ.

Relaxation stay Our goal was to relax and get rest. Goal met. Enough, enough, enough. No more from me
CLEAN YOUR HOTEL! I wasn't impressed right off the bat. I checked in late around 9pm. The front door was locked, and there was a phone used to call a staff member to open up. I called three times without anyone picking up. I came back later and thank god someone was there this time. The bathroom was nasty. Long hair all over the sink and bath tub. Did they clean? DID THEY CLEAN ME BED?? who knows?? Next time Ill pay extra for a nicer hotel.

Convenient but lacked cleanliness The Location of this Hotel was great, right by the 101 and I-17, however, I did not enjoy my room. The decor was decent but the bathroom smelled like old urine and there were long black hairs stuck to the ceiling. The bed also could have been a little more comfortable. The staff was friendly and check-in was pretty fast but I will not stay again.

Great location and pleasant to the eye The walks were thin. At 330 am we heard the banging of a couple having sex....woke us up. And tbe bed was very uncomfortable..didn't sleep well and woke with a back ache.
