Liked full size frig and microwave. Didn't like that the room had not supplied coffee maker, or coffee. No dishes or utensils. I was surprised that Expedia offered this as an option.

Filthy. Horrible and safety issue I have Three employees i wish i could give 10 Stars too. Miss. Kim (cleaning lady) she was super sweet, kind and very friendly. Also you can tell when she cleaned its looks and smells like it. Shes the But she went above and beyond for my family and i . Now as for the rest of the staff. One of the staff name alexis. Help The room had cockroaches, the tv was broken and it was nasty.

Nice people Extended stay has a very friendly staff, super nice front desk people. The room was huge, but the beds felt like the frame was going to collapse. They do have a bit of a BUG problem.

Gross The staff was nice, but the room was very dirty and gross.

I got there to check in and we waited 20 minutes for the receptionist who was outside smoking. We got checked in to the 2nd floor and was hit with a TERRIBLE smell, almost as if they tried to clean the carpets but left them wet it was disgusting. We were checked into room 204 I believe and we entered used the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Turn over to see a dead cockroach on the counter before exiting! The room we stayed in was suppose to nonsmoking but there was lingering smoke smell, room looked like it was not cleaned. In the morning, woke up to bugs doing their morning routine. Felt like we invaded their space. Overall it was not what I thought the stay would be.
