Disappointing Stay was ok. Nice neighborhood nearby to walk through. My last day of stay there was a sketchy guy who seemed to be trying to break into rooms. I travel a ton for work so I know when to let things slide and when to blow the whistle. I had to cut my stay short by 2 days due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Instead of realizing the gravity of the situation and refunding a frequent guest at their properties across the country 2 nights stay costs, Extended Stay America kept the money. The efficiency was comfortable. Enough room. I would recommend it.

The staff were most welcoming and always helpful. My room was not in the best condition, it badly needed updated.

Nothing unique, property is worn and tired. Tub needs reglazing or replacement.

The room was clean. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, but overall it was a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

TV didn't work and no blow dryer, a lot of shady guest and for the price definitely not worth it
