Nice but cold. The room was clean and nice. We were locked out of our room the first night when we returned. The lock was broken and it took staff over an hour to figure it out. No compensation for standing out in the cold for an hour was offered.

Extended Suites is nothing without Erika My trip and stay at the extended stay suites Mesa West was beyond phenomenal. The courteous staff, especially Erika attended to my every need and went well above and beyond her duties to ensure I had the most spectacular stay and experience possible. I’m not sure what extended stay suites would do without Erika at your employ, you would be fools to not give her a raise immediately and consider for upper management

Erica at the front desk makes checking in seamless. She goes above and beyond for anything I need and is a huge factor in extending my stay. I highly reccommend this hotel.

First room not so great bathtub we disgusting. They changed me rooms next room was okay but you couldn't even lock the door cuz it wouldn't close all the way.

Great hotel for the price. The stay was very good. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe. Very well lit and I felt safe walking into the parking lot at night. Its in a great location right off the 60 freeway so easy find. Overall i had a great stay and i would definately stay there again.
