They’re there when you need it Stay was amazing, staff worked with me when I had a family emergency. Made my stay that much easier, when you’re dealing with a family emergency the last thing you think about is your hotel stay.

Location, location, location Loved the location and price. It was my first stay at an Extended Stay America. I loved it but I was having daily problems with my door key. I had to get it redone twice the first day and once on the second day. There might have been a problem with the card reader,

Location was great, room was very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Newly renovated property. The bed was very hard for my liking. I would have liked dish ware some basic kitchen stuff. But overall, I would stay again.

Dirty sheets??? I noticed the bottom sheet was turned inside out and the top sheet was upside down. I looked at the bottom sheet, wrinkled, no creases. I suspect the sheets were not replaced just turned over. I went to the desk and got replacement sheets. Remade the bed myself.
