The staff was amazing. However, the window to our room did not open like the other rooms and it made the room very stuffy. The air vent in the bathroom did not work. So taking a hot shower kind of sucked as well.

We had difficulty with the toilet. First it ran all day and night. It was fixed and a day later it would not flush at all. Could use a bit of care.

staff was not friendly, continental breakfast was terrible with signs that said only 2 cups of coffee and terrible little muffins (only take 2). No essentials in the room, not even a hair dryer or coffee pot. Had to get them from the office. Kitchen has nothing in it. Has to be ordered. Heat/air didn't work correctly. We booked for 2 nights, only stayed 1. Would not go back.

Fairly nice property located in a great location. The staff was very nice. Check-in process very slow and needs Improvement. I had to wait 15 minutes with only one person ahead of me. And I walked in in the middle of their process. No ice machines. No ice trays.
