Gross shower Shower was pretty grungy. Ok other than that.
Spring Training getaway We went to Phoenix to watch Spring Training games. This hotel was very well situated and close to the necessary amenities. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, especially Alyx. The only issue was that the toilet needed a new flapper. All in all this was a great hotel.

Nice but disappointed Room was nice sizes but bathtub sagged in the middle not allowing the water to totally drain. Sofa was ripped. And mold in the bathroom. Other than that room was laid out nice.
comfortable Needed accomodations near the local hospital. The room is in need of some repairs but the important parts are clean. The young man at the reception desk was very kind not only to me but to all the orher guests. Hecwent above and beyond if there was something needed.
Rooms need updating and attention We booked 2 rooms for our family and the toilet ran in one of the rooms and the caulking needed to be updated in both of the bathrooms. Attention was needed to clean the bathroom doors. The staff was friendly, but overworked.
Lol no breakfast don't let them fool you! I was happy with the room if it wasn't in my room I called the desk and they brought it to me so the service was nice and the employees were very nice. I was disappointed in the breakfast it was a joke lol we stayed here because it had breakfast! It does not have breakfast! Ohh and they do not clean your room everyday so you do not get fresh towels every day (wich sucks) but all in all the place was clean and big and employees were nice. Mesa Stay Our first room they gave us was floode with water and smelled real bad,they gave us another room. Room was fine!
