The place was clean ....BUT!!! Customer Service needs more training when it comes to their customers especially how to communicate rather then get hostile .
First room smelled like mold and flooring seams appeared to have mold, there appeared to be a condom wrapper on the floor near the bed. We were offered a second room that was much cleaner; however the window did not close all the way making the room very noisy to freeway traffic.

Charged but couldn’t check in When I arrived and attempted to check in, I wasn’t allowed to. The front desk person said they were coming and I waited for over an hour and they never showed up. I selected to pay on site, but they charged my card before I arrived. So they charged me for a room and then didn’t check me in.

Horrible service Was unable to check in due to the front counter being closed. Used lobby phone as instructed and no one came to check us in after we waited for an hour. The area alone is very sketchy with many individuals roaming the parking lot.

The rooms were dirty and the hallway smells like weed. The hotel staff allowed us to review the room and assured us, if we didn't like the room, we did not have check in, and would not be charged. They lied!
