Wonderful Stay . At first check in I met Dan, the night desk clerk. He was more than just pleasant and delightful to converse with, he explained the hotel amenities, it's location in relation to the Cactus league training ballparks, offering his assistance for any thing I might need or want to make my stay better.. Fine with a couple hesitations... We stayed here for 3 nights. FYI we booked through Hotels.com, which didn't mention that it would have been $50 cheaper to reserved the room for an entire week than pay for our 3 individual nights. Overall, the motel was okay; there was nothing unbearable. Staff were very nice. A couple of things to note in advance of your stay here: (1) there are basic kitchens in most rooms, but there is no equipment - no silverware, pans, plates, etc. If you don't bring your own supplies, there's a small ... read more

Clean, quiet, with a kitchen I stayed here for a week while hiking around the Phoenix hills. I found it to be clean, quiet, well maintained, and in a central location. There is a Smart & Final grocery and Walgreen's next door and a Fry's grocery one block away. I bought all my food there and prepared all my meals in the kitchen (sink, stove top, microwave, full size refrigerator) and did the whole vacation on the cheap. Great, inexpensive hotel with full kitchen Okay, here is what it isn't: no daily maid service, nor fresh towels daily; no breakfast, not even continental; no queen bed; no free wi-fi. But here is what it is: clean; quiet; inexpensive; with a kitchen; and it's centrally located. Was there noise? Not bad for the price! Felt like a little apartment. I had everything I needed for a 6 day stay. Liked how it was secured. You can only get in with a room key. I reported a maintenance issue but was never fixed. Lock on door broke off. Luckily there was a back up lock. I do recommend if you are staying for an extended time. Will come back for sure!

Nice hotel It was quiet and I would stay again. There not much else that I need say. I felt safe and even the others staying there were friendly.
