Racist/Unprofessional Hotel Very unhappy when I arrived the staff was rude and seemed racist he stated my card expired at the end of march so they sold our room but my card didn't expire until 10/17 they didnt even call me to inform me. We will never reserve a room from this place ever and I will let all my friends and family know on Facebook about this place not to go there at all.

Never Again The staff was racist and extremely rude. The room had a horrible smell that would not go away. The Full size bed was actually a twin size bed.

Not worth the money! Appearance of building and cleanliness inside was good.However we had a room with a kitcnette. There were no cups,dishes or cutlery.No room phone book to inquire about local eateries or entertainment spots.No wi-fi - you had to pay it.Bathroom exhaust fan sounded like an outboard motor when running.Asking hotel clerk for a cab phone number to get to the airport seemed to be a major hassle for them.

Clean but primitive Clean, but bare of even the minimum amenities. You must be prepared to bring or buy everything a normal hotel would provide...tissues, soap, hand towels, dish soap, shampoo, all kitchen utensils, dishes and coffee pot pans. This is difficult if you are flying in, not driving. There should be a warning in the advertising when you book the hotel online. Very disappointed in beds also.....felt like straw stuffed into plastic. Very uncomfortable .

묵으신다면 도로가 방향은 피하세요~ 2주간의 숙박중 가장 별루였던 호텔. 호텔에 냄새도 안좋고 방이 도로옆이라 밤새 시끄럽고 직원에게 콜을해도 올라오지도 않고 욕실도 지저분하고 샴푸도 없었던 유일한 호텔. 침대는 편했어요.

Bedbugs Good room,fair prices.Had a problem with bedbugs that were in the blankets.We rented two rooms for 12 days,by the last day we were covered in bites and the bugs had spread to my clothes and my lugage.The hotel has turned it over to their insurance and I am sure I will never hear back from anyone on a resolution,I would not stay at this hotel again,keep looking.I know things happen but how you handle them when they do is a reflection on your business.

Shocked that Travelocity would recommend!! I booked and paid for two non-smoking rooms for my family and friends to stay in while visiting another state, through Travelocity. We drove hours to get to our destination, looking forward to getting some rest in our hotel room.
