Never again. I've always trusted Woodspring because of its cleanliness and how well it is geared towards business travelers. However, I'm not really sure how or why Woodspring put its name on this place. This is certainly not an example of the quality of the Woodspring name. I checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. The girl at the front desk was very nice and very understanding and competent, but the smell, cleanliness, disrepair, patrons, and size of the room was not something I could get past. This is more of a flop house than a hotel. Very noisey and I was not comfortable leaving anything of value in the room.

Terrible place You had to get your own towels and toliet tissue The beds were horrible The whole place smelled like a locker room It was very noisey banging dogs barking Front desk did not open until 10 am so could not check out at 8 am Very poor service I would never stay or recommend

Pay the few extra bucks and stay somewhere else Took them 45 minutes to get me checked in because of an over booking. Got to the 4th floor (non smoking) and was greeted with a strong marijuana stench when the elevator doors opened. The smell was even more raunchy when I got to my room. The only assistance they could provide was extra lysol in my room to help with the smell. On top of all that, their front desk isn't 24 hrs. So if you go out and lose your key, you're pretty much s.o.l until the next morning. I highly recommen... read more

The hotel staff member clean my room the whole time I was there and didn't receive clean towels at all and I call the front desk 3 times for them to clean my room and they never did this the worst hotel I have ever stayed at never stay here

Horrible service and dirty hotel This place was terrible. The beds move, the floors get wet easily and the rooms do not get cleaned. This is a problem because the tub fills with water when taking a show and did not drain which meant I took a shower/bath in dirty water the next day. It was teuly disgusting. I do not like this place. There was nothing about it that's worthy of a single star. Horrible staff and horrible stay.
