I will never stay at this hotel again. First off when I reserved my room, I reserved a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. I traveled 6 hours to this location not to have any problems. Yet the morning of a very important test I had to take, I was stuck in their elevator and had to be rescued by the Phoenix Fire Department. The manager on duty didn't show any sympathy or concern about the situation. If I didn't ask for any type of compensation the manager would've never done anything. Picture is deceptive. Inferior interior Picture of hotel is deceptive. Poor maintenance, no restaurants in area, not planning on going again.

Woodsprings Absolute the worst experience we've had traveling at 25 years no room service rooms are filthy had holes in the wall there was mold in the shower could not get towels from the front desk just overall terrible experience. Would never recommend this hotel

Never again I was taken back first because there was no attendant at the desk snd it was closed. Empy your own trash,get your own fresh towels.limited supply.no room service at all. Cheap and chintzy!

Lack of services If you plan to stay here, you may want to bring extra toilet tissue because they do not provide you with enough. The bed had a broken spring so it slanted down and was uncomfortable. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and the staff said there were no more rooms available. The staff was tough to get in touch with because they did not have office hours real early or late. They closed the office at 8:00PM on week nights.

Hotel was very close to the Airport This hotel was more a 2 than a 2 1/2. Staff was okay although we had issues getting towels one morning because the staff was busy. One of the biggest problems is that there isn't any clear markings to get to the hotel even though it is just off I 10. You do figure out how to get access but it can be confusing at the start. Rooms were okay although the beds were a little less firm than I like. Biggest problem is there is noise at all hours of the night as the walls are very thin. People wer... read more
