New and clean. New hotel, still working out front desk quirks. Still very friendly. New and clean. No noise reduction. Ask for a fourth floor room.

No frills. Like, none. Seriously. We've booked 3 stars all day long at similar prices and those 3 stars include basic amenities like housekeeping and trash service. Don't get me wrong, we weren't disappointed, but this isn't some great bargain, you're literally trading additional cost for service and if they added those services back in, the pricing wouldn't have enticed me over say... The Staff is so friendly. Everything is New!! I have stayed in a lot of places all over the country and this is my favorite!! Madison the manager was so kind and helpful!! Sigar is super sweet and friendly. So happy to be have found this place. Brand New Extended Stay and everything is so nice has the full kitchen with dishwasher. Love it❤️
