Informed the manager that the room reeked of cigarette smoke. When we got into the room, the window was wide open. There was ash in the bottom of the bed frame as if someone smoked in there before we entered the room. I have pictures to prove it as well.

There was garbage in the room along with pizza boxes left and cleaning supplies on the counter when I walked in my room. Also 2 roaches crawled out of the garbage on the floor and went into the walls of the bathroom molding. I refused to stay and immediately turned in my key and left the hotel. I talked with the GM and she is willing to refund the room but I have to go through here to get that done.

Rooms need major upgrade, mold on lap shades, curtains, bathrooms are a mess, kitchen did not have any cooking supplies, fire alarm went off for 5+ minutes at 10:30pm. The woman at the front counter was very nice but the hotel needs a complete upgrade.

SDo not stay here We’ve stayed at the other extended stay with pleasant accommodations. The front desk was unmanned and had a metal roll down safety screen. The tv did not work and no one even tried to fix. Will not be back.

I could not sleep people up all night in the halls talk loud slamming doors etc. Im never staying here again.
Not so good. Carpet in hall was very dirty. Lamps in room was dusty. Noise all night from room above. Stomping and table or chairs moving around woke us both up. Mattresses kept sliding off of bed frame. There was a trick to getting hot water. You had to put it toward the cold side. I didn’t figure it out so I got a very lukewarm miserable shower. It was a convenient location for what we were doing but I wouldn’t stay there again.
