Where do I begin? The level of incompetence at this property is epic. I stayed for a few days. None of those days did my tv work because the “guest” before me redistributed the wires going into the back of the tv. To get help for this matter took until my final day.

No staff available. Fire alarm sounded when taking a shower no one at desk. Security non existent

I’m handicap an asked for handicap things (shower chair nope they have but was booked out a couldn’t change my room an had no idea which rooms has n which don’t. So unfair

First thing.. the lobby lights was off… the counter to check in was closed. Instructions to call an extension number on the phone lobby.. but the phone was out of order then they gave you a number to call and the phone behind the closed door was ringing that no one was there. Waited for 20mins along with another person checking in till someone walked up. Once he check both of us in he then closed the door again and left.

Our inability to check out, following a serious roach problem, was hampered by the hotel office being closed, the phone used to contact the management was out of order, and our attempts to call customer service by cell phone kept leading to being disconnected. We had no recourse to seek resolution. None.

Blankets are not washed, they are itchy and beds are noisy .. not at all a good stay

There was no one to let me in. I arrived at 9 PM. When I finally reached someone, it took them 10 minutes to come down. The room had stains on the comforter, hair and dirt on the towels. The chair was very ratty, pieces fallen off all over. It was advertised as having a breakfast starting at 6 AM, and there was nothing.
