Staff was amazing. Room was dirty. Shower was not working when I took a shower. Shower head was lose and water sprayed everywhere in bathroom. Bed frame has not been wiped in out don’t know when. Lots of dirt and pillows had hair. There was also a lingering smell in the hallways.

Our room had an unpleasant smell the whole time. The rest of the hotel had an odor of marijuana in hallways, elevator. People constantly prop back door open so you can get in without a key. It was not stated in the booking process that the kitchentte is completely unstocked and dishes, utensils and cooking supplies must be brought or purchased. I wouldn't book here again. The alarm system was going off multiple times. Not due to emergency but the system was malfunctioning. I we t off numerous times after midnight and in the morning too. I want my room refunded

Room was dirty, the common areas had stains on the carpet or there was stuff on the floor that was there all week.
