This place was absolutely disgusting. Nobody working at front desk so there was a note saying to use the lobby phone to call. There was a note on the lobby phone that it isn't working so you have to use your personal phone to call. Then, after checking in, they tell you the elevator isn't working and we're on the 4th floor! Bad enough when you have kids, but having a senior citizen with mobility issues makes that even worse. The amount of garbage in the stairway and hallway was disgusting. The room itself was ok. I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. My recent stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, I was not informed that the elevator was out of service, which created an immediate inconvenience. I stayed for an hour and left. The room was dirty. It was cleaned but there was hair all in the bed and then came the bugs. As soon as I saw em, I left.

Arrived at approximately 8pm and nobody was at the front desk. A handwritten note said to use the lobby phone to call the attendant. Only phone around was in the entryway and it didn’t work, but another note said to call a phone # using your own phone. Someone showed up after a few minutes and finally got a room on the second floor. Elevator didn’t work. Both sinks in the room didnt drain. Kitchen was useless without any amenities. No coffee maker.
