My card key was suddenly not working after returning late on my second day of stay. Because it was past midnight, the lobby was closed with light on. I first knocked and called to the office but no one was responding for like ten minutes. There was a direct phone call to assistance next to the door but it was also broken. Somehow one guy came out so I could get into my room. The most annoying part was that the bathroom sink on washstand was clogged. So I had to use the sink in kitchen to wash my face.
