I have stayed at another Extended Stay America hotel not far from this location (south Durham), and that hotel was much nicer in every way. First of all, the room was much larger, as was the kitchen area. Second, the RDU location does not provide any services unless you request--and pay--for them. If you want towels replaced, you have to take the dirty ones down to the office yourself, and hope they have replacements ready. Not comfortable Room is Small , elevator is not working , so hard for a new mom (with 3 days old infant ) to get to the third floor. People outside the room speaking loud which felt like they are inside the Room , not the hotel fault but still, very uncomfortable for me , my wife and the newborn baby. Nice staff !

There were no cable channels such as HBO, Showtime ect... problems with there cable only had two channels to watch. there was a condom under the bed when check in. the carpet in the entire hotel was very very dirty need to be shampoo.
