There was no one at the front desk to check us in so u had to wait outside for 30min. That's is unacceptable when it's already midnight

The hotel was nice but NOT the same one as the picture shows. When I checked in the lady at the front desk was very nonchalant, didn’t have a welcoming attitude at all. Really the only thing she said to me was “ can I have your id, and your rooms on the back side”.
