Ok except for the TV They need more TV channels and the option of hooking up a DVD player to watch DVDs if there are nothing on the TV channels that they offer they've done something to the TVs that don't allow you to hook a PC or a DVD player up to it to work properly so I had to bring my own television into the room.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER This site needs to be reminded they are in the hospitality industry. Day manager had three parking spots blocked to have his personal car washed and detailed by site employees and told people staying there that they had to park elsewhere until they finished. When comfronted about providing priority for parking (especially when it is limited) to actual people staying at the hotel, he stated that he really didn't care and that we can stay somewhere else because this is private property. Not the room I booked. Only had a double/full bed and I booked and paid for a queen. The bathroom was filthy!!

Sought an inexpensive hotel room. First room, the heat wasn’t working, second room was ok, but I found a cockroach. Room didn’t even have a cup to take my medicine. Had to get one from my car. Worst was extremely poor snow removal. Yes Richmond got hit with a big storm two nights befor, but that is no excuse to not completely clear the walkway right outside the rooms! There was ice right outside my door. I found the ice melt before I found a staff person to assist.

Nasty!! Most nastiest rooms I have ever been in. Towels were soiled, mold in shower, microwave exterior was nasty, door handle falling off bathroom door. House keeping knocked on door at 8:45am to clean.

If you like roaches, then it’s perfect! I couldn’t stay. Too many roaches.

The location was excellent but the environment was very unclean and staff were not that friendly. Customers need to know this facility's idea of breakfast is pathetic..they only serve oatmeal and coffee. People should know so they can come prepared with own breakfast. Also, they did not provide dishes. Manager told us they ran out of dishes and for the two days that I stayed there, they had not dishes for eating...Wow!!!.
