Enjoyed the customer service and environment of the facility. Not too far from downtown Rockford and great selections of restaurants nearby.
Maintaining cleanliness was excellent. Managed covid 19 situation well. Room was clean and comfortable. Night staff zack was very nice and helpful. Location is convenient. Wish you had a poil

The staff were nice, room was clean. My on my issue was other guests being too loud in the hallway.
