Comfy Cozy Convenient The people who had rented our room before us decided to extend their stay, therefore my room wasn't available. However, Extended Stay gave me a courtesy call and email before arriving. I was giving another room, in their sister hotel, that was located on the street behind the main building. Didnt have a problem with this place it was super nice it slept all my kids (4) and I didn’t need to get 2 rooms for 6 people and their was still room to walk around
excellent customer service. very accommodating staff. Kris is very helpful amd mindful of our needs. we will keep coming here.
Friendly staff. Mask mandates are annoying, but not the hotels fault. Some items were damaged in the room, but mostly functional. Staff quick to help and provide needed items when requested.
