Nice size room for family. Had a freezer which was needed

Great staff make the difference The staff were terrific willing to help out wherever they could. in fact, my wife became ill and qwe thought we might have to stay another night. The hotel was booked, but the general manager , Judy Sebastian took my number and said she would call me if a room came available. One did, however we had already made other arrangements. Extra efforts like this one and the great room will bring us back here if we are in Rockford again.

The breakfast that is called is not a real breakfast.you are only provided several items!

The reason for my state is sad and the staff has Made my first experience at it extended stay very pleasant. The way the rooms are set up makes everything very quiet and personalized apartment like.
