Service was great, the ladies at the front office very nice and sweet, but we stayed for three nights and not one day we got fresh clean towels, we are not messy people but like to have the room clean and new towels every day, but we didn’t get it.

Grab and Go- Great! Convenient for a one night stay before an early flight from the Rockford Airport. Front desk girl was awesome! Grab and go breakfast was a cute touch!

Liked the full size refrigerator as I had ice packs to freeze. I was traveling with my two nephews and we had plenty of space. I slept on the sofa bed and had no issues with it.
