The woman at front desk while checking in was polite and we had a good laugh. Felt welcoming and the lobby was decorating for Christmas. The room was more than what I expected, full kitchen, clean, and cozy. Definitely recommend! Checking out, another woman at the lobby was very courteous asking if we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely come back again.

Fitt our needs but advertised breakfast and was just coffee and granola bars. This was not a breakfast in my opinion. I would not return.

Service was great, the ladies at the front office very nice and sweet, but we stayed for three nights and not one day we got fresh clean towels, we are not messy people but like to have the room clean and new towels every day, but we didn’t get it.

Grab and Go- Great! Convenient for a one night stay before an early flight from the Rockford Airport. Front desk girl was awesome! Grab and go breakfast was a cute touch!
