This hotel was perfect for us! The room was very large with a full kitchen. We are a family of 7, so the 3 beds (including the pull out couch) were perfect...the youngest slept in a pack n play (which they do not provide. This is stated on the website so we brought our own.). The only “problem” if you could call it that, was that we arrived late and there was no bedding for the pull out couch so we had to get some. Staff seemed aware and engaged, and the property better kept than most extended-stay businesses. Breakfast items were all packaged, but coffee was good/fresh/plentiful and no old/reheated safety concerns, no mess, no noise.

Great staff make the difference The staff were terrific willing to help out wherever they could. in fact, my wife became ill and qwe thought we might have to stay another night. The hotel was booked, but the general manager , Judy Sebastian took my number and said she would call me if a room came available. One did, however we had already made other arrangements. Extra efforts like this one and the great room will bring us back here if we are in Rockford again.
