Wouldn’t let my 19 yoa son check in. Was on town for work and can’t stay at a hotel. They need to clean up the drinks in the parking lot before they worry about a 19 yoa renting a room. I’m a little pissed. And your check in shows “Must be 18”

Horrible late check-in Their system for checking in after hours is horrible. I had to wait on hold in the whole way for an hour.
