While the staff were courteous and helpful, the overall condition of the property was very disappointing. The facility felt poorly maintained, and charging extra for Wi-Fi only added to the frustration. Additionally, the environment did not feel safe or appropriate for a business traveler; there was even a SWAT team raid on the property during my stay. Significant improvements are needed before I would consider staying here again or recommending it to others Hope this review will help others while booking a trip here in SLC.

Very dirty and in a sketchy area. Not a good experience at all

We came with having a great stay and relax! When do you start,having to do your own cleaning of the room?? Taking out your trash?bringing sheets down to the front office, to get new one?? There was no pots,pans or utensils to cook with! Just to name a few things! The loud music played under our window, called 2x’s but, not a thing was done!! Went until2am

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was a pile of black pubic hair in the sink and trash can of a so called clean room. The blinds were broken and there were drug addicts roaming the property. I was messaging the chat the night my husband arrived delayed in Utah on the way to California as my father was dying. I would have reached out sooner but he died the following day. I would like a refund. This was unacceptable.

Creepy place. You are basically locked in at night. During the day only two doors are open. There are doors at the ends of the hallways but they are hooked up to alarms and you can't use them. During the day one door was left open in the middle of the building and one door you could access with your key card off the front desk area. Parking was crazy, nothing close to the two 'allowed' doors. And you will be towed if you aren't in the correct part of the lot, which isn't well marked. The front desk is not manned 24 hrs.
