This may be more on Expedia than the property, but the front desk closed at 10pm. Me and like 5 others all showed up after hours due to canceled flights and had to wait for over 30 minutes as people who arrived before us frantically called Expedia and the hotel to get a staffer to return to the facility to let us in. And the hotel itself can only be described as scuzzy. Yikes! Yikes! Several flights were canceled including mine, so hundreds of people were stuck in SLC. All hotels were sold out except this one, and there's a reason why. This is one of those slummy motels you see in the movies. Even after taking a shower, I felt like I needed a shower.

Was late for my check in and no one at front desk no room no refoun terrible service shouldn’t be on business

Check in experience was absolutely terrible and inconvenient and I will avoid extended stays in the future. I had to dial a number that wasn’t going through then when I got through to a corporate rep I got disconnected multiple times. I mean for travelers who arrive late extended stay selects are a terrible choice
I don't recommend.
