The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Never quiet at night. One late night a person was yelling out the window, another night someone pounded on our door in the middle of the night.

Customer service sucks. We needed a place to stay for a week and we were given wrong information and no help. We called so many times and there was no answers. Never plan on going back in the future.

RUDE STAFF, DON't STAY HERE!!!! rude disrespectful, nasty employees. made me wait a hour to check in. Didn't appreciate my money..management needs to contact me immediately I want a refund I left the next day. Worse hotel EVER motel 6 is better this hotel is dirty bed bugs, & mattress so thing and on a piece of wood not the place to stay for a week

Not a good place to stay. Booked a nonsmoking room and while the room did not smell like smoke, the whole floor did. Hallways smelled like smoke. Beds very uncomfortable. Street noisy.
