Place was disgusting, while waiting for the front desk to answer I was approached by a guest he then tried to sell me drugs

Poor Was really bad . There was a lot of noises around the bullding you can heared the doors when have to opeed and closed even i can heated the tv from the next room . It wasn't the good environment nice quiet hotel. I reported it to management over the phone but he seems the he didnt5 cared i ask for my money back he just no to me wish I had to make a decision to made an other reservation from an others hotel that night So i took all my stuff and left ..

The worst hotel ever It was the worst place I've ever stayed in. The staff were rude non professional they went thru my room and stuff. I paid for a whole week they kicked me out two days in because I made my own towel hanger cause they had none. It also had the most horrible smell in there I complain they said they were going to move me they never did the place is disgusting it's full of drug dealers and drug addicts I have never been more ashamed of anything in my entire life and I was ripped off over $300 by the staff the... read more

I checked in later at night. I was afraid to walk in with my kids, the area was scary. I had to call from the lobby to an outside source to get a clerk to check us in. While I waited for the clerk, obviously intoxicated people came in and out, scaring my kids. The elevator was filthy and stunk. The hallway to our room was the same. The room was bare and not clean. It smelled like animal urine. I did not set my bag down, but left to find another hotel.

Sucks Room stinks not a comfortable feeling stood at the front desk for 20 min trying to check in no hotel staff anywhere to be seen for again i said 20 minutes

Don’t do it. Could not stay 2nd night. Paid as much as other reservations w/ hotels.com & not a nice neighborhood; 1 bar of soap, so don’t forget to bring into shower; no shampoo, not a box of tissues, cheap mini blinds & no curtains on 1st floor so wasn’t even dark. Last straw when no blow dryer in room, & 1 & only blow dryer for entire hotel was already out so dried my ladies hair upside down with heater unit. Never again. Left a day early.

I appreciate your comments. We are an extended stay hotel so we do operate a little differently. We cater to guests who will be staying with us long term. I hope you'll reconsider if you find yourself in need of a place to stay for a longer term.
Cigarettes Great if you want to stay in an ashtray and have everything you bring smell like cigarettes. Whole hotel smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking.

Second time in that week they decided to request an I'D FROM both my husband and I . our previous stay that wasn't required,and since I lost my wallet last week I didn't have my id, and the reservation was under my husbands name which he had an id+we were just staying there 3 days ago and noone ask me for an id,Horrible experience, we couldn't check in and were left without a room for the night, .Too bad ,they were on the way to be our favorite hotel,
