Overwhelmed by cigarette smoke Room was filled with smoke. Could not sleep because even the pillows reeked of cigarette smoke.

Would not recommend It was a non smoking room that smelled like it had been smoked in for 25 years. There was bugs throughout the room. On the counter, bed, and bathroom. The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in months.

We stayed for two nights, we were gone all of the second day and upon our return were shocked to find our room uncleared! So no towels or soaps for our morning shower! We tried to turn on the heater and there was a burning smell so we immediately shut it off. We have stayed at many hotels in the Salt Lake area, we will not be returning to this one!

I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience at our hotel. There are towels available for exchange down at the office. We are an extended stay hotel and do housekeeping once every two weeks in occupied rooms.
Will never go again There was no one at the front desk I had call with phone to get someone there. The carpet was gross in the room
