Dissatisfied with staff. The management was terrible. The first week we were there he did not charge a deposit, but the second he did for my service dog. I told him he could not charge for service dogs but he said it was his policy. When our key did not work after work at the fair we had to wait 45 minutes tell the night clerk came to help.this was at midnight. She was very rude and nasty. We asked her why it took so long she refused to answer.

tv remote would not work, the toilet would not stop running all night. The motel smell like cig smoke everywhere

Disgusting Had to clean and bleach as soon as I entered my room. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Hair was still roaming around in the sink and shower and the toilet was not flushed. I was given no towels. Overall, not recommended unless you're trying to stay at a price range.

Adequate I got a room with a kitchenette as I was staying a full week. No pots or pans, dishes, etc available unless I wanted to buy them from the front desk. I went to the dollar store instead. Floor was not vacuumed. Pillows had stains on them. A/C unit cover was falling off. No curtains. No cleaning service. No communications about servives availabile. (I heard there was a laundry somewhere...) The toilet ran the whole time. No directiobs on check-out procedure as I was checking out before the office opened. I just cram... read more

We had to buy our own towels and toilet paper as the front desk was always closed and had no way to get ahold of anyone.

My son was removed from hotel after first night. The manager claimed that he had smoked in the room. My son has said he didn't and that the manager had it out for him from the time he checked in. I was charged $250 for room cleaning plus the cost of $343.99 for a 7 day stay.

Minimal services, but passable room Meant to be inexpensive and extended stay. Room was pretty clean but rooms only cleaned 1-2 x per week and $25 charge for an additional clean. Really meant to be temporary housing for a low rate.
