Bad experience It was ok until at 4:56am the ppl upstairs had no respect we literally was trying it out because I’m looking for a place to do month to month but noooooo way I’ll b able to I called front desk 33 times NO ANSWER SO WE LEFT BUT NOT BEFORE MAINTENANCE BEAT ON OUR DOOR AT 7:30am for something he literally could have waited on I wasn’t dressed I felt so uncomfortable I’ll never STAY THERE ARE RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FAMILY TO AND I WAS LITERALLY ABOUT TO PAY A MONTH HAPPY I TRIED IT BEFORE PAYING

I sat in the lobby dialing the 500 /501 number for almost 1 hour before leaving. My air was out at my house and chose a hotel, I have a two year asthmatic son. It was not safe for him sleep the heat. My air got up to 94 in my house. I called the hotel as well as Expedia the hotel confirmed they couldn’t do anything for me since it was after hours. But Expedia helped me get all my money and towhee things back. When you dialed the number it said all circuits are busy, even had people waiting outside that couldn’t check in. Ple... read more
