Roaches in the kitchen and my key card hardly ever worked..bed was squeaky and uncomfortable!!!!....dark and dirty hallways!!...worse ESA ever stayed in!!

Don't take your socks off. The floors turned my son's feet black, like walking a parking lot black. Within minutes, it looked like his feet had not been washed in a week. As we were leaving, the roaches were seen. The walls were covered in dirty hand prints. The drawers of the TV stand would not open or close properly. The only positive thing I can mention are the pillows.
