The staff was exceptional. We had to evacuate from Ida and were not in the best mental state. Billy put us at ease right away and took care of us the whole time we were there. The entire staff were excellent. We had to book at the last minute so we ended up on the smoking floor and yes the hallway smelled like smoke but not our room. We had two rooms and they were both very clean. We have no complaints about our stay at all.

Not the Bates Motel but close enough I was in total disbelief that hotels as such still exist. However, it was costly to me for one night. Bedding was comfortable yet restroom had a soap container on counter and there was a package in room boxed and in a corner (very personal stuff addressed to a Billy Russell). As I prepared to checkout no one was at front counter for over 10 minutes to also let them know what my kids found in the room. Several occupants were waiting with me.
