Was ok for work but not vacation place

To begin with, the desk clerk is only at the desk from 10 am to 10pm. You have to use a phone in the lobby to call a person who then calls the desk clerk to come from a room in the hotel while you wait. Got two different sets of keys that did not work and this was after having to go through the call process to get the desk clerk three times. So, we stayed in a room with no keys.
