Worst stay ever Worst experience I've ever had staying in a hotel in my entire life. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The bed isnt really a bad. The amount of people up and around till early hours of the night to screaming children and slamming doors. I will never stay at this establishment ever again. The place needs to be condemned
Nothing the same compared to the pictures
The room was dirty. There were no dishes as stated & even if it was I wouldn't have used them. There was a terrible odor. Blankets & sheets were dingy pillows dirty & felt itchy when lying down. Blinds were stick & food was all over the walls.
Reservation overbooked and dump hotel I reserved a room with two beds through Hotels.com several days before arrival. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms with double beds, then that were no rooms. She said that it was the fault of who my online booking was through. I was never notified ahead of time that this would be the case. A highly frustrating experience. The lady at the desk then found a room to give us, but it had one small bed and no couch or loveseat. Smell smoke and dirty
Gross. Elevator was dirty, the hall and room smelled like pot. The room had roaches, and appeared to be poorly renovated. (Mismatched paint colors, some areas partially painted.) Wouldn’t stay again.
The first room the tv was not working.Had to move to second room, broken kitchen faucet, toilet lid broken, bathroom door lock broken, shower curtain rail falling out of the wall, wall molding loose in bedroom area,dirty walls with stains. Woke up at 4:30 am three times from loud guests. Twice woke after midnight from drunk hotel guests!Called staff on service phone nothing was done. Second day cable tv was out of service for over 12 hours!
Its a skid row hotel. Mostly dope heads and people fresh out of prison. The rooms look like they use to be nice but years of crackhead abuse makes them look beat. Firts room i stayed in was bug free. Second time i stayed seen 3 little baby roaches over the period i was there. Im single so i stay there but i would not stay if i had a family with me or if i was a woman.
