The "manager" had a bad attitude, and informed me that even though I had a reservation it didnt matter and that she had overbooked the hotel and they were "first come, first serve"

The entire room was dirty from the walls to the bedding. If there had been another hotel with availability in the area, we would have left. We went to the store and bought bedding to sleep on. There was never anyone at the front desk during our whole stay. No coffee pot or any other kitchen utensils, not sure why there is a kitchenette in the room? I paid 189.95 for this room, it is not even a $50 a night room. Absolutely disgusting.

ONE COMPLAINT WHEN I BOOKED MY RESERVATIONS FOR 10 DAYS, I UNDERSTOOD THAT THERE WERE NO SMOKING ROOMS AVAILABLE. THAT WAS OKAY BUT WHEN THE MAID CLEANED MY ROOM AND I RETURNED, SHE HAD BEEN SMOKING IN THE ROOM. NOW I HAVE TO HAVE ALL MY CLOTHES DRY CLEANED OR LAUNDERED TO GET THE SMOKE OUT. THIS WILL BE VERY COSTLY. YOUR RATES WERE WONDERFUL BUT IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE ALL YOUR CLOTHES CLEANED, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. YOUR MAIDS SHOULD BE MADE AWARE THAT THEY SHOULD TAKE SMOKE BREAKS IN PEOPLE'S ROOMS! THANK YOU!
