Cabinets needed clean also bathroom door.bathtub might have a hole in it and no stopper to even take a bath. And the room smell bad that was room 222

Upon arrival my contractor was turned way as there were no available rooms. Once I found out and tried to go to location, there was no staff on site.

Worst stay ever Worst experience I've ever had staying in a hotel in my entire life. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The bed isnt really a bad. The amount of people up and around till early hours of the night to screaming children and slamming doors. I will never stay at this establishment ever again. The place needs to be condemned

Nothing the same compared to the pictures

The room was dirty. There were no dishes as stated & even if it was I wouldn't have used them. There was a terrible odor. Blankets & sheets were dingy pillows dirty & felt itchy when lying down. Blinds were stick & food was all over the walls.

Reservation overbooked and dump hotel I reserved a room with two beds through Hotels.com several days before arrival. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms with double beds, then that were no rooms. She said that it was the fault of who my online booking was through.
