disappointed This is a bare bones stay. I paid $90 for a room with no coffee maker (I was told I could purchase one for $29.99) and no ice machine in the entire place. The staff was nice but definitely not worth the money.

Everything about it was cheap! It was clean except for the gum in the shower curtain, but the rest was not like any hotel I have ever stayed. We were required to take out our trash!!! The cheapest towels, bed and bedding. No hand towel and the air conditioner must have been the cheapest quality. Set on 60 it still didn't get it that cool. The bed was the smallest "full" I have ever seen.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty I had my reservation for five days and I payed for 5 but only stayed two nights. I didn't even ask for a refund.I couldn't take the smell any more. It smelled like bad body order through out. My room was very dirty. The linen had a smell to it and I do not believe that the bed pillow shames had been changed from the last person that stayed. Carpet in the room was smelly and very dirty. AC unit didn't work very well so the room stayed to hot at night for me to sleep well. Many more issues. Bottom line very... read more

Do not stay here This a very substandard hotel. The beds are cheap, they charge for every little thing and the rooms are dirty. We had a emergency come up and I had to check out a day early. I used the travel agency and I was not told that the hotel policy is that if you cancel a day they charge you * no matter if it is one day or 3. My reservation was for * for two nights. Will not go back Asked for a non-smoking room, was given a room in the smoking section. The room, hall, and stairs were full of cigarette smoke. We could only stay in the room long enough to sleep and that wasn't pleasant because we had to breath the smoke.

Value Place, Springdale, Arkansas The office only operates from 9-6 Monday through Friday and from 10-2 on Saturday. We had a room card that didn't work and was not able to get it fixed as we were busy having fun during their office hours. The room was fine for what we needed, which was a place to shower and sleep. We didn't get much sleep as the bed was harder than hard. The room had a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, so we were set if we wanted to cook our own meals.
