Bad hotel. Well when we first Opened the door to the room we saw nothing but cockroaches running around the room. At first the manager did not want to help us so we had to go to Walmart to buy bug spray. Then they charged me twice as much as what was quoted by Hotels.com.

It was the worst experience I have ever had staying anywhere. When we checked in as we were leaving 2 get our bags I heard several people complaining that they had found dead and live cockroaches in their rooms and they were leaving. We inspected ever inch of our room did not find anything except little black bugs. So we went to the local store a bought some bug killer. We treated our room. Only to come back to the room that night with 2 live cockroaches. We took one up to show the front desk. The person said "oh yes we know... read more

Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We're sorry your stay was disappointing.

Bugs in the room and hotel... Not a good place to stay...

the smell was terrible in the hall, room is clean, very cheap linens, towels very old & thin, your staff need more help managing the place, only one person, checking people in and out, he has to answer phone and trying to work at the same time, I only stay there because of family funeral and all the hotel in the area are booked, it's not worth the $125.00 per night.A lot of noise early in the morning.

I asked for non smoke room received a smoking one, schedule to stay two night, wouldn't take it no longer, check out!

They sold the rooms out from under us then wanted to send us to another location that was 20 minutes away. Not sure why, we had reservations. Not recommended because I feel they should have called us to confirm that we were in fact going to be there before selling our rooms.

Not good - we chose not to stay Failed to look up reviews on this place. The people working there were pleasant but the whole place smelled of smoke and bad BO. Also it appeared that our refrigerator had been beat with a fist. Did not get a good feel so we left.

Never again Room was a nonsmoking room that smelled like an ash tray. Room was dirty. Water was reversed in one of the faucets. They had no ice. I usually am pretty positive but could not find one positive thing about this hotel and my stay there.
