Bad reception I show up after hours no one was at the front desk so i went to different hotel nearby i would never book them again
Never again First we arrived at the hotel and theirs no one at the front desk , we get to the room no soap or any time of shampoo to even wash ur hands , beds were so uncomfortable plain hotel
You get what you pay for? The room was like a steam room. the heater control only went from hot or cold not in between it Sucked. Elevator reeked it smelled like a old toilet. First floor reeked also because people smoke on that floor.
HONEST FEEDBACK OTHER GUESTS WERE VERY NOISEY !!! THE WALLS ARE THIN. TALKING, DOORS SLAMMING, LAUGHTER, LOUD TELEVISIONS THAT LASTED ALL NIGHT. DOOR ON THE ELEVATOR WOULDNT OPEN FOR ALMOST 4 MINUTES THE DAY OF CHECK OUT. GOTTA GIVE BAD REVIEW. THE PILLOWS WERE COMFORTABLE THOUGH.
Needs to be Removed from available list of hotels! I did not stay due to dirty room and tons of men hanging out in halls. Seemed like a drug hotel, and I didn't feel safe! Left immediately! Avoid this place!
They have no idea what they're doing. I arrived on time for check in, and called them because they do not actually man the front desk. When someone finally came down they informed me that they, at checkin, hadn't cleaned my room, and didn't have any clean rooms available. I waited over an hour for them to "clean" when i was let into the room it was still visibly dirty in areas and there was NO toilet paper anywhere in the room. NEVER AGAIN!
UNPLEASANT The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was not vey satisfactory, the carpeting was dirty, the bedding smelled of cigarette smoke and the room had roaches!!!!!! Also, there was cigarette smoke in the hallways. This is not a hotel chain we would stay at again or recommend!
Lord Have Mercy Roaches and a lot of unsanitary things loomed Over my stay. Room smelled heavily clean but wasn’t. Dead roaches and trash on the floor so it wasn’t at its cleanest. Very uncomfortable I didn’t stay 3 hours in this hotel I left the same day I checked in. It was not a pleasant place to be.
