Awful. Never again I called Expedia when I didn't get my 2 beds I reserved on Expedia for my stay. Expedia said they would call me back and have a resolution to my situation within 48 hours. That never happened. In addition, there were roaches and other bugs in our room as well as bugs in other guest rooms, no toilet paper, a non-working refrigerator, empty alcohol bottles in the parking lot....etc. The hotel blamed Expedia; Expedia blamed the hotel; we had to buy an air mattress; and no resolution or even just an apology.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever! This is not a place I would ever stay again! It was unclean, very loud and in a bad part of town.
Awful experience The stench in the hallways, elevator and room was almost unbearable. I began looking for another room within 50 miles as soon as we checked in and could not find one. I came with two kids and the large number of smokers surrounding the front entrance was also uncomfortable. Also - any size dog is accepted in this hotel. We sprayed a can of Febreeze in our room in addition to other air fresheners could not overcome the awful odors in our room. We were nauseous just walking through the hallway and elevator.
Don't Stay Here Arrived for check in at 8 PM. Informed there were no rooms due to Expedia overbooking. Hotel clerk was clueless. A courtesy call to let us know there was an issue did not occur. Book another property this place is terrible.
Misleading We were called Thursday to confirm our reservation. When we arrived Friday evening, we were informed that our room with 2 beds was given away. They blamed Expedia. We then were told our rate would change, it did not. We were awakened 2 times by the overnight person thinking no one was in our room. The evening person screwed up. Awful conditions, a roach crawled across the counter while checking in. Terrible customer service.
Uncomfortable Let me first say I'm not a hotel basher. I've never wrote a bad review on a hotel but this one was horrible. Had to come back three times before room was ready. They tried to downgrade us. I'm not sure how they could've done that because the room stunk so bad we had to open the window. The air didn't work so we were baking all night.
