Misleading We were called Thursday to confirm our reservation. When we arrived Friday evening, we were informed that our room with 2 beds was given away. They blamed Expedia. We then were told our rate would change, it did not. We were awakened 2 times by the overnight person thinking no one was in our room. The evening person screwed up. Uncomfortable Let me first say I'm not a hotel basher. I've never wrote a bad review on a hotel but this one was horrible. Had to come back three times before room was ready. They tried to downgrade us. I'm not sure how they could've done that because the room stunk so bad we had to open the window. The air didn't work so we were baking all night. The beds are hard as a rock and come to find out their just big cots if you look under the mattress. Their was no shampoo inside the room and outside the room no amenities. None at... read more

Was surprised that in this day and age that I had to pay for internet and the mattress didn't stay on the frame. There was no box spring per se but a black metal piece attached to the frame, making the bed hard.

The whole hotel including the room is very smokey. The lobby, halls and particularly the room was extremely smokey. Not a pleasant experience.

worst choice Smelled awful, roaches everywhere, no soaps, no hairdryer, no amenities at all.
