Friendly staff and no non sense operations. Would like to have some guests not cook what they did as it stunk up the whole 3rd floor

Check in was terrible. Got here and all the lights at the desk were off, no one around. Waited a few minutes still no one. Had to call customer service and bang on side door to get help. Then got to room and had to go back to lobby because there was not a coffee pot in room.

Thank you for your response. I will discuss with my staff why it took so long to assist you. Normally the front desk is closed during the evening between 11pm and 7am. However, my staff should still be available for check ins and guest assistance. Also, we do not keep any amenities in the room., that is how we pass our savings down to our guest.
