Staff is very nice. Very clean. Very limited breakfast. Have to ask to get any cups bowls plates silverware for kitchenette.

General manager was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have given me a better welcome to Springfield. My second night was not as good as there were people in the elevator who seemed like they had bad intentions and made me feel unsafe in the elevator with them. I stayed in my room for the rest of the evening but unfortunately there were very loud guests on my floor that night, yelling.
